Simple and no fine print.


Refund and return policy. If we sell you an item that is defective or damaged, you must let us know within 48 hours of your receipt. At that point, we can start an investigation in order to determine whether a replacement or refund is best. We do not accept returns or refunds because of buyers remorse.

Delivery policy. All goods that are in stock will be shipped within 24-48 business hours. Items that are made to order or are built custom will need additional processing time based on availability and our workload. If you are trying to purchase a custom or made to order item, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page before purchasing.

Cancelation policy. We do offer cancelations in the event of an order placed by mistake, incorrect quantities, or if you are not satisfied with the lead time. These cancelation requests must be made within 24 hours of the order placement. Contact us if you need to make a cancelation.
