Want to cancel an order or make a return?
The Shop Houston does not offer refunds or returns due to buyer’s remorse. If you receive an item that is dead on arrival, defective, or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
In the event a return or refund is made on a case-by-case basis, the customer will be responsible for any transaction fees that were charged by the web store’s payment processor. Current rates at the time of writing this policy are 3.5% for credit cards and 6% for Affirm.
See something on our site that’s much cheaper than everywhere else or seems too good to be true?
It probably is too good to be true. Our vendors frequently adjust pricing due to fluctuating material costs, tariffs, or other factors, and we don’t always receive alerts when that happens. If you place an order and a pricing change applies, we will contact you to let you know if any additional payment is required.
Shipping
Most of the time, our flat-rate shipping fees cover the cost of delivery without issue. If there is a significant difference between the actual shipping cost and what you paid, we will contact you to let you know the difference and how you can make payment.
International Buyers
If you would like to purchase from us, please email sales@theshophouston.com. We will prepare an invoice for you and determine the shipping cost once we have the accurate weight and dimensions of your order.
